Some of it is brilliant.

Some of it is complete bollocks.

And it’s becoming increasingly difficult to tell the difference.

I’ve spent years reading the research, speaking to people in this world and experimenting with many of these ideas in my own life.

One thing I’ve become increasingly convinced of is this:

Psychedelics aren't the answer.

They can show you things.

They can shake up patterns.

They can give you a completely different perspective on your life.

But eventually you have to come back down.

And then the question becomes:

What are you actually going to do differently?

That question has become a big part of my work.

Over the next few emails, I’m going to share some of the things I’ve learned about psychedelics, the brain, mental health and actually turning insight into change.
