My dream is to make a living as an author. I’ve already published two books, and I hope many more will follow. The next one? Empty Your Cup.

The Empty Your Cup book will be a daily read with the same weekly themes as this newsletter, covering a full year’s worth of reminders to keep your balance.

To that end, each newsletter is a potential chapter of the book — but no one can achieve their dream alone, and that’s where you come in.
