Welcome Friend!

Curiosity rules my life. When I see something I’m interested in, I won’t sleep until I’m satisfied with my understanding of the topic.

Nothing—and I mean nothing—brings me more happiness than sharing these answers with my community of friends. Whether it’s a nonpartisan political issue, like what the heck is the filibuster?, or the best restaurants in NYC, I want to share it with you.

This space is sorta like that cozy neighborhood spot where you can gather with a few friends and talk about all of the things that are important in your life.

You can expect new issues every week unless a hot-button issue pops up. As a thank you for your support, paid subscribers receive essays that are a little more personal and tender, book recommendations, and opportunities to engage with our wonderful community.

While you are waiting for our next issue, you can…

And remember, all are welcome here. No matter your political background (or lack thereof) or how many news outlets you read. We are here to listen and treat you with respect and compassion. Contact Sarah with any questions, feedback, or comments!
