I have spent my career at the intersection of investment management, technology, data, and company building. I began in hedge funds and institutional investing, working in manager research, quantitative risk, portfolio construction, due diligence, and capital allocation. Over roughly a decade, I worked with hedge funds, funds of funds, endowments, pensions, and other institutional investors, ultimately serving as the senior hedge fund consultant at NEPC. I then moved from investing into building the technology used by investment firms. I co-founded Financial Diligence Networks, a hedge-fund due diligence and analytics platform that raised more than $3.5 million and was acquired by Novus Partners. I subsequently served as a Managing Director and Head of Product at Novus, led alternative-investment data initiatives at Addepar, and co-founded Paragon Intel, an alternative-data business serving hedge funds and institutional investors. More recently, I have served as a founder and CTO, building software, data, and AI systems in demanding environments where security, reliability, and operational execution matter. That work has kept me close to engineering while broadening my responsibility for teams, product strategy, architecture, budgets, operations, and organizational execution. I am particularly interested in how investment firms can use technology, data, and AI to improve research, investment decision-making, risk management, operations, and firm-wide productivity. My strongest contribution is connecting investment and business judgment with technical execution. I understand how investment organizations operate, have built and run companies, have led technology organizations, and remain close enough to the underlying technology to make informed architectural and engineering decisions. I am interested in senior technology or operating leadership roles where I can work directly with a founder, CEO, CIO, or investment leadership team and take responsibility for measurable business outcomes.
