Let me tell you a bit about myself:

When I first started thinking seriously about career growth, I made a lot of mistakes.

I believed that if I just kept working, things would somehow take care of themselves.

Spoiler: They did not.

Then I focused on becoming the most productive version of myself.

Putting in more hours wasn’t the way. Only after many extra hours, I realized this:

Productivity isn’t discipline. It’s system design.

Get more productive RIGHT NOW.

Here’s a system to make you more productive.

My ebook “AI Agents Building Blocks“ is the essential resource to become a productive engineer today:

Also, here is my System Design Template. I use it to turn chaotic requirements into clear technical designs.: Notion version | PDF Version

You now have more knowledge than most people.

But knowledge without action doesn’t change anything.

What I just sent you is the tip of the iceberg.

Still, you may ask yourself:

How do I make time during work to keep learning?
How do I use AI better than any peer to get leadership visibility?
How do I choose work that makes an impact instead of busywork?

The answers to those questions are inside the premium tier.
