Improve how you describe your startup
Your customers describe what you do better than you can.
After 10 months of trying numerous ways of describing the Solo Founders Program, our two best descriptions came from throwaway comments I overheard from alumni:
"Solo, together"
"It's like having 5 co-founders but everyone works on their own business"
The first works as a tagline. The second helps people understand how SFP is different from building solo on your own.
I didn't ask for these — I just spent time with them and paid attention. Write it down immediately when something pops. The person saying it won't remember.
Their words become your homepage headlines, subject lines, and sales scripts. This is how solo founders grow without a marketing team.

P.S. What's the best line a customer has ever said about your product? If you want to pull these out intentionally, try: "How would you describe us to the smartest person in your industry?"
