Your Next Python Connection Starts at PyCon HK 2026
Discover new ideas, meet fellow Python enthusiasts, and get involved on 14–15 November.
Python Brings Us Together
A question you’ve been trying to solve. A project you’d love to share. A conversation that sparks your next idea.
Bring them all to PyCon Hong Kong 2026, taking place on 14–15 November under the theme “Code, Connect and Carry On.”
As a co-organiser, Hong Kong Python User Group (HKPUG) is excited to welcome our members—and everyone curious about Python—to a weekend of discovery and community. Whether you’re joining on your own or coming with friends, there are plenty of ways to take part.
Find Your Way into the Conversation
Looking for inspiration? Explore talks on AI, software engineering, and real-world Python applications, including Paul Everitt’s keynote, “Was, Is, Will Be: Python History, Software Engineering, And AI.” Visit the poster sessions and community booths to discover what others are working on and exchange ideas.
Looking to connect? Start a conversation between sessions, catch up with fellow Python enthusiasts, and keep chatting at PyNight, the conference after-party.
There’s more to explore around the venue, too:
Job Board — Find job and internship opportunities, or let potential employers know what you can offer.
PyShare — Leave a message, read others’ thoughts, and vote for those that resonate with you.
Turn Ideas into Contributions
On Sunday, 15 November, the Development Sprint shifts the focus to hands-on collaboration. Join other contributors to work on open-source Python projects, learn from one another, and discover how you can get involved.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Bring your curiosity, your experience, and a willingness to share.
Make a Date with the Community
Date: 14–15 November 2026
