A two-minute WordPress job for your Sunday

Hi, Jamie here,

Here's a small job to squeeze in before the weekend's over: check your website's PHP version.

On 21 October, critical security fixes arrived for the PHP versions most WordPress sites run on. It takes about two minutes to see whether your site is covered, and you don't need to understand the technical details.

I've written up exactly where to look in your dashboard, and the one-line message to send your host if you're not up to date.

Do the two-minute check

Two minutes. Then back to your evening.

thanks
Jamie
