2027 OCP Global Summit Sponsorship Applications Open November 2

Hello OCP Community,

As we prepare for the 2027 OCP Global Summit, October 4–7 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco,

OCP is introducing a new, fully online sponsorship application process designed to provide a more streamlined, transparent, and community-driven experience.

What's Changing?

Beginning November 2, 2026, organizations interested in sponsoring the 2027 Global Summit can submit their applications through a dedicated online form.

The application window will be open November 2–20, 2026. Applicants will complete a short questionnaire outlining their sponsorship preferences. OCP will review applications using a weighted scoring process that considers previous sponsorship participation, OCP membership, volunteer leadership, contributions, Marketplace participation, and overall engagement within the OCP Community.

Additional Sponsorship Updates for 2027:

• Speaking Opportunities: Executive Sessions and Expo Hall Sessions are now optional paid add-ons rather than included in booth packages, with eligibility and availability restrictions.

• Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms are no longer included in sponsorship packages. OCP will help connect top-level sponsors with local hotels for private meeting space.

• Sponsorship Packages & Pricing: Updated sponsorship opportunities, package details, and pricing are available in the preliminary prospectus and on the sponsorship webpage.

Important Dates:

• November 2, 2026: Applications open

• November 20, 2026: Applications close

• December 14–25, 2026: Sponsor notifications

• January 15, 2027: Contracts due

We encourage interested organizations to review the preliminary sponsorship prospectus, pricing, FAQs, and application details ahead of the November 2 opening. The application form will be available directly on the sponsorship webpage beginning November 2.
