[Webinar] How monday.com scaled its in-house agentic development

Arsh Sharma

Hi there,

monday.com’s engineering team scaled its in-house agentic development platform to 2,000+ agents run by 600 people across the company, from engineers to designers, PMs, and even HR.

At any given time, agents pick up tickets, write code, test it against real services with mirrord, and open pull requests on their own.

By the time an engineer reviews the PR, the change has already been tested and verified against a production-like environment.

Next week, monday.com's Uzi Abdullayev (Senior Software Engineer, DevEx AI) and Tomer Brook (Senior AI Engineering Manager) will join our CTO Eyal Bukchin to walk us through how they built the platform, how they scaled it, and how it works today.

Sign up for the session and you’ll learn:

  • How an agent takes a task from the board to a tested pull request
  • How agents use mirrord to test their changes in a real cluster before an engineer reviews them
  • What the monday.com team learned scaling their platform
  • Live answers to your own questions

P.S. Reply with the one question you'd ask Uzi and Tomer and we'll bring it up live.

P.P.S. What’s mirrord again?

mirrord is a development platform that lets engineers and AI agents ship faster by connecting their code to a live Kubernetes environment, whether they're writing code locally, debugging, or testing in CI.
