Welcome to the MariaDB Foundation Newsletter
Hi,
Thank you for joining the MariaDB Foundation newsletter.
You’ll receive key updates from the MariaDB ecosystem — including releases, community contributions, events, and developments across the broader landscape.
Alongside that, we’ll occasionally share additional context and perspective from within the Foundation — from Kaj, lefred, and myself — on how we see things evolving across MariaDB, MySQL, and the wider database space.
We also see this as a way to strengthen connections across the MariaDB ecosystem. Many of you are building, running, or supporting real systems around MariaDB, and over time we hope this creates more visibility into who is doing what — and where collaboration may naturally emerge.
If there are topics you’d like us to cover, or if you’d like to share what you’re working on, we would be glad to hear from you.
Welcome,
Anna Widenius
