MageDispatch.com #57
Last week, during my talk at Meet Magento Germany, I finally revealed what I’ve been working on for a while now: Mago. I didn’t do it alone. I built it together with a group of friends from different agencies.
In case you missed it: Mago is a free AI admin assistant for Mage-OS (and Magento). You can ask it things like “What was the revenue last week?” or “Create a coupon called MAGEDISPATCH that gives 10% off all t-shirts.”
It has ACL built in and is GDPR safe. Your customer data never gets sent to the LLM provider. You can also build on top of it. Got a skill that benefits everyone? Or a very specific one for a client? Just add it. And you bring your own provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, Gemini and more.
It’s the first link below. I hope you like it. And if you try it, I’d love to hear what you think.

Mago - Free AI Admin Assistant for the Admin Panel
Ask about sales, products, and configuration with live data — then apply changes after an explicit confirm. Open-source core with pluggable skills, BYO Claude/OpenAI key, and GDPR-friendly privacy that strips personal data.
Mage-OS AI Base: Unified Provider Config, Client, and Token Usage Tracking
Configure multiple AI providers in one place—OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure and more—invoke them via a single client for chat, streaming, and tool calls, and track token usage per module with a dashboard and CLI. Includes an admin source model so features can select a configured service and supports custom providers via Symfony AI bridges.
GraphQL Schema Versions Tracker
Tracks the GraphQL schema for every release in a single repo, one tagged commit per version with alphabetized SDL for clean diffs. Compare changes across releases (including core-only and Mage-OS builds) and learn how to add new versions via the included GitHub Actions workflow.
Magento 2 Customer Pricing
Enables customer-specific product pricing via a simple API, applying custom prices consistently on category and product pages and in the cart/checkout.
CLI Dev Tools to Inspect DI, Plugins, Observers, Controllers, and APIs
Adds bin/magento beta_dev:* commands to check DI, enumerate plugins and observers, list controller actions, reflect Web API routes, and deploy static assets. Includes an MCP server so AI editors like Claude Code can run these tools directly; install via Composer.
MageLens: E2E Coverage for PHP, JavaScript, and Templates
Collects and visualizes PHP, JavaScript, and template coverage from Cypress or Playwright runs, with a Dockerized local setup, live viewer, and combined HTML reports.
Lynx Storefront: Vue 3 + Inertia.js with Visual Page Builder
Metapackage installing a Vue 3 SPA powered by Inertia.js, with a drag-and-drop page builder and modules for catalog, checkout, customer account, CMS, GA4, reCAPTCHA, PayPal, MSI, and more. Includes CLI install steps and optional Stripe/Braintree add-ons.
System Config Import/Export CLI
Adds commands to import and export system configuration with environment-specific overrides, YAML/JSON support, and optional locking to config.php. Includes usage examples for CI/CD via Deployer.
API Schema Export Metapackage
Composer metapackage that installs the generator and admin UI for exporting REST API definitions with module attribution to .http, Postman v2.1, OpenAPI 3.1, or Swagger 2.0. Includes a CLI command and an admin screen; requires adding VCS repos to Composer since it's not on Packagist.
Drag-and-Swipe Product Actions Module
Adds a configurable floating interface for desktop drag and mobile swipe to trigger Add to Cart, Wishlist, Compare, Save for Later, and Remove with AJAX handling and a full-page loader. Supports simple, configurable, bundle, and basic grouped products without modifying core templates, with admin controls for actions, interactions, and styling.
