LPEA and the Luxembourg Transfer Pricing Association (LTPA) are launching LTPA’s Transfer Pricing Documentation FAQ, a practical guide developed with the LTPA Working Group to support consistency and technical discussion on transfer pricing documentation in Luxembourg. Join us on Thursday 12 November from 4:30 pm at ATOZ in Senningerberg for a seminar moderated by Sophie Boulanger (KPMG) with Oliver Hoor (Atoz Tax Advisers), followed by a networking cocktail. The event is open to LPEA and LTPA members.

Maryam Longrus of FE fundinfo argues that the ELTIF market is entering a new phase, and that Luxembourg, home to about 54% of European ELTIFs by number and assets as of June 2026, must work harder to keep its lead. Retail access brings servicing challenges around data standardisation, liquidity management and investor education, while 68% of wealth managers plan to expand their ELTIF offerings over the next 12 to 24 months.

New Version Available: Outsourcing Guidelines Based on CSSF Circular 22/806
The L3A Operations Committee and the LPEA Central Administration Committee have released version 2.0 of their white paper on outsourcing under CSSF Circular 22/806, as amended by Circular 25/883. The update adds more concrete links to the relevant CSSF Circular, and the paper remains a practical guide for fund and corporate administrators, compliance teams and operational leaders in Luxembourg.
