Your Linux Resources

Jason Cannon1 min read
Hello,

I'm Jason Cannon, the founder of the Linux Training Academy. I started the academy to share my logical and systematic approach to learning the Linux operating system. I believe this approach takes away much of the frustration and feelings of overwhelm people experience when getting started. I also want to help people get the most out of Linux, the command line, and other open source software.

If you're interested in learning more about Linux or open source software, you're in the right place.

For example, Bash Command Line Pro Tips is a book with 10 of my favorite tips to save you time and increase your efficiency at the command line. (Click here to download it.)

Here is a 6-minute video where I explain and demonstrate how to use the find and locate commands. (Click here to watch it.)

To download your copy of Linux Alternatives to Windows Applications, click here. You'll learn about over 50 alternatives to the most popular Windows applications.

What are YOU working on?

You check out those resources in a second, but right now I want you to do one thing. Email me right now and tell me what your biggest struggle is at the moment. What are you working towards or trying to accomplish but having a difficult time with?

Really, hit reply right now and let me know. Call me crazy, but I actually like to "meet" the people who take the time to visit the Linux Training Academy. While I can't reply to everyone, I personally read every single email.

Thanks,

Jason
