📡 New Series: Intro To LoRa Mesh 📡
Shawn's new Intro to LoRa Mesh series is rolling out now on DigiKey's YouTube channel! Across six episodes, the series explores LoRa mesh networking with two open-source projects: Meshtastic and MeshCore. Episodes 1 through 3 are available now.
Part 1 lays the groundwork: what LoRa and LoRaWAN are, mesh networking basics, how Meshtastic and MeshCore compare, and hardware recommendations for following along. From there, the series gets hands-on with device setup, a solar-powered repeater, sensor telemetry, and logging data to Home Assistant over MQTT.

🧭 Sneak Peek: Intro To Sensor Fusion 🧭
Shawn is currently working on a 6-part Intro to Sensor Fusion video series that will go live in a few months.
Want a head start? The GitHub repository is already up, and it contains all of the sample code that will be shown in the videos, covering techniques like rule-based fusion, inverse-variance weighting, the complementary filter, and the 1D Kalman filter.
