Hi there!

Fatou here.

Thanks so much for subscribing—it means a lot to me!

Now, a little about me:

I’m Ndeye Fatou Diop, a frontend developer from Senegal šŸ‡øšŸ‡³, now living in France šŸ‡«šŸ‡·.

My journey into frontend started back in 2014. I’ve worked with WordPress, Python, Java, JavaScript,… and I’m now a full-time senior frontend engineer at Palantir.

But let me be honest—it hasn’t always been easy.

For years, I struggled with JavaScript. I tried courses, tutorials, books, you name it. But it wasn’t until I went back to basics that things finally clicked.

That’s why I started this blog: to help other junior devs avoid the same mistakes.

I want to help you master the basics and make good career decisions so you can reach mastery faster and get that dream job or promotion so you can help your family.

I’m also giving you something special: a free 101 React Tips & Tricks e-book packed with practical advice to make your life easier as a React developer.

You can expect more tips and insights from me soon in your inbox.

If you have any questions—whether about React, web development, or your own journey—just hit reply. I’d love to hear from you.

Talk soon,

Fatou

PS: You can also reach out on X/Twitter, where I share daily tips to help junior frontend developers ramp up faster.
