• for note discovery, it should now look more like stealth address, the wallet has to do some scanning either at a block or at a blob
• for private state, assuming the seed is the baseline, user can always re-derive the local secret from the seed, it is trickier for the secrets arrive through data availability, if it is in a block, then the user can recover with chain data, if it is in a blob, then user may need to have a local encrypted backup (that can be decrypt with a key derived from the seed)
• for public state (e.g. the order book in the mentioned example), it can be in a block, or we will need to build a sync-service
