My AI agents never sleep and it's awesome! Except it comes at a cost... Let me tell you what it's costing me and what I'm doing about it.
On September 12th at 1:17 in the morning, I told one of my Grok Bots "I'm going to sleep." Then I sent it three more messages within the next minute and a half 😅. And at a theme park with my kids, instead of just being in line with them, I disengaged with my kids to send something to my agents. That's time I'll never get back 🙁
A boss knows they can't text their employees at 2 in the morning and expect an answer (and they really shouldn't do that to fellow humans anyway). My agents don't have that problem. They answer in seconds, every time. So the only limit left is me, and willpower clearly isn't going to fix it.
