/e/OS is an open-source, deGoogled mobile operating system based on AOSP (Android Open Source Project). It ensures no data is sent to Google by default.

Privacy, sustainability and freedom is at the heart of what we do. With /e/OS, we give you control over your personal data by minimizing exposure, featuring tools like Advanced Privacy to block mobile apps trackers and hide your IP and location. Our App Lounge lets you download any app maintaining your anonymity.

You can install /e/OS on over 200 smartphone models, even older ones. Check your drawer and bring an old device back to life! Use our documentation and the /e/OS Installer to get started. You can also find flash parties in our community forum or organize one yourself.

If you search for a new device, consider a smartphone or a tablet with /e/OS pre-installed by Murena. Murena’s business supports the continued development of /e/OS. For an ultimate experience, create your free murena.io account and have an access to Murena online Workspace and retrieve data synced from your smartphone.

Your support helps us improve /e/OS and continue our mission to create an independent mobile ecosystem—one that champions freedom, digital sovereignty and stands free of big proprietary tech that locks users into closed platforms.
