Big news

ClearerThinking.org

Hi there,

This is Spencer Greenberg, founder of ClearerThinking.org.

First, I want to thank you for trying one of our research-backed tools. I hope it helped you reflect on your life, understand yourself a bit better, or make progress on something that matters to you.

I’m writing today because we have some big news: Clearer Thinking now offers affordable one-on-one, personalized coaching.

The program can help with things like:

  • overcoming procrastination or unhelpful habits

  • building healthier routines around sleep, exercise, diet, or work

  • managing stress

  • working toward important personal or professional goals

  • making progress when you feel stuck

  • simply reflect on your life, your goals, and how you can become happier.

This is something I’m genuinely excited about, because I know how useful the right coach can be. A good coach can help you clarify your goals, build better habits, work through blind spots, stay accountable, and make faster progress on the things you care about most.

Our coaching program is offered in partnership with Overcome, whose coaches use evidence-informed methods drawn from approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. Their coaching is practical, goal-focused, and designed to help you make real changes in your life.

Here is a 15-minute video clip from part of a coaching session, so you can get a better feel for what a real session is like before deciding whether to try it.

I’ve tried their coaching myself before making the decision to partner up with them. For Clearer Thinking users, Overcome assigns some of their top-rated coaches, so you’ll be working with someone trained, thoughtful, and experienced.

And we’ve worked hard to make this unusually affordable. As far as I know, it’s rare to get two one-on-one coaching sessions per month for less than $100, especially with coaches of this quality.

You can also cancel anytime. And if your coach doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can switch coaches anytime.

So the risk is low, but the potential benefit is high. If you’ve ever thought, “I know what I want to improve, but I could really use help actually doing it,” coaching may be worth trying.

If this feels relevant to where you are in life right now, I hope you’ll give it a try.

Warmly,

Spencer Greenberg
